All Playful Cat Pole Wear stock ships from our headquarters in Perth, Australia. We dispatch our orders within 3 – 7 business days (Due to the nature of our items being handmade to order shipping times take longer than a standard store).

Australian orders:
Australian orders will be sent by Parcel Post $10.00 for Regular Parcel Post (Up to 7 – 12 business days) and $15.00 Express Post Orders (Up to 3 Business Days). Tracking numbers will be provided with every order.
Deliveries to rural areas may take longer.

International orders:
We offer $25.00 International Shipping to all foreign locations Worldwide. Estimated delivery times for most destinations is between 3 – 6 weeks, however this varies widely depending on your country.
Express Post Needed? Need your item now? International customers selecting Express will have their items couriered door-to-door. Estimated delivery is less than 1-3 weeks. Express international delivery is $40.00.
