Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date your order is delivered. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Items returned after 14 days but within 30 days may be eligible for store credit only, at our discretion.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The item must be in the same condition you received it
  • All original packaging and tags must be included

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear, damage, washing, deodorant, makeup, perfume, or any other signs of use.


Custom Orders

Custom pieces made to your measurements are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

These items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold to another customer. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty.


Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, items worn without underwear cannot be returned.


Return Shipping

Before returning any item, please contact PCPW to request return approval. Once approved, we will provide you with the return mailing address.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received your item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at:
playfulcatpolewear@hotmail.com

We will provide instructions on how to proceed with your exchange.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
